No. The platform provides an indicative price range. If you request a professional review, our team names one mover and shares the file only after your separate confirmation. That company then checks the details and issues the final contractual quote.
02Is the service free and without obligation?
Yes. The estimate and professional review request are free, and you remain free to accept, negotiate or reject the quote.
03Can I see the final estimate without sharing my file?
Yes. Once your email is verified, the range is displayed without sharing the file with a mover. A professional review request is optional and separate.
04Who receives my details and who may contact me?
If you request a review, our team manually selects one mover. You then receive their name, registration number and privacy policy. Your file and phone number are shared only after a new confirmation naming that mover.
05Can I withdraw my professional review request?
Yes. The secure link sent by email lets you withdraw the request before transmission. Withdrawal does not delete your estimate and is recorded as proof.
06How is the estimate calculated and how accurate is it?
The engine combines volume, road distance, services, access conditions, equipment and special items. Detailed inventory and access information improve accuracy, but the mover confirms the final price.
07What if my address cannot be found?
You may keep the address entered manually and provide an approximate road distance. It is flagged to the mover and the calculation uses a wider safety margin.
08What is the difference between quick and precise modes?
Quick mode estimates volume from floor area, rooms, occupants and furnishing level. Precise mode totals furniture and boxes room by room.
09Does the service work outside Marseille and with a flexible date?
Yes. The launch focuses on Marseille and Bouches-du-Rhône, but routes may cover all of France. Any professional review depends on the availability and operating area of movers known to our team.
10Are floors, lifts, carrying distance and special items included?
Yes, at both addresses. The calculation includes floors, lifts, stairs, carrying distance, parking, furniture-lift access and items such as pianos or safes.
11Are packing, dismantling and reassembly included?
Only when selected. You may choose an overall service level and then refine requirements for individual items in precise volume mode.
12Why may the final quote differ, and are my details protected?
The mover may identify a different volume, access, insurance or service need. Your email is confirmed by code; the phone is checked and entered twice, without text verification. Files use secure links and review requests are timestamped.
